Do I think Tiger is going to be the Premium My Chem Shirt and I will buy this person everyone has to fight for week in, week out? Correct. Even with the relatively small sample size this season and only the end of the season when he’s playing well, I think he’ll be a contender (unless he suffers further injuries). It’s hard for me to see him go back to the early 2000s. It was a very hot period of golf and he was so overwhelming, it’s hard to imagine that happening. We hear Rory will be next, along with Dustin Johnson and Jordan Spieth. None of them are tigers. Heck, they weren’t even on Phil’s level yet. But there they are, they are regular season contenders, and the Tigers will be tougher than they were in 1996, when Tom Lehman and Mark O’Meara were top golfers. I’m happy to have him in conversation again.
For all the Premium My Chem Shirt and I will buy this reports about him… for all the accolades, praise (some might say “kiss on the butt”) and the whole Tigermania thing, it’s not fair equal to how good he is.
